I think the first two blunders were needed to take the story forward and also coz TRP ka chata pada tha CV's/Channel ko tab 😆 I started watching with the shaadi proposal, didn't know about TRP's dropping early on until you told me in one of my posts.

I agree with the third and fourth. RK's love confession seemed out of place to me, so did Madhu's. In fact, I was shouting at my TV on the day Madhu was cooking a special meal post KC and planning to confess her feelings. RK, if not in revenge mode, would have run away on hearing Madhu's love confession. 😆

Sultan's entry was not at all needed in the show, that's the biggest blunder so far in MEIEJ. 🤢

As to the fifth, I didn't want Madhu taking revenge on RK. What she unintentionally did was as good as revenge, thanks to Sultan's interference. I hated the way the shaadi was shown in between the gangu's family crap story. Otherwise the wedding was fine.

Agree ... 👍🏼 I almost liked all the tracks except Sultan's... The moment he entered one by one everything went down the drain...

Now just hope they close all loopholes and starts a fresh 😃

This is my list of the biggest BLUNDERS by the MEIEJ CVs. You may agree or not, that is your wish.

1. MaMu's relationship status.

The show started off great and was amazing and fast till Madhu's entry. Her entry was good and she was shown as a strong and independent woman😛 But the CVs made her character irritating when she started fighting for a STRANGER Mukund, with RK👎🏼 I'd have preferred the CVs to show MaMu in a relationship already than to show them developing feelings for each other over a span of one week🤢😆 It would have made Madhu fighting for Mukund logical and also would have justified Madhu's BREAKDOWN when Mukund left her.

2. Four phera wedding.

The four phera wedding somehow hindered the Madhu-becoming-heroine track. I'd have preferred RK to investigate more about Madhu, her likes and dislikes, and offer her 40 lacs for being heroine in his film against her wish. That would have justified the show's promo and would have spared us from the entry of Padhaji and others😆

3. Early love confession leading to UNWEDDING.

Chalo, shaadi ho bhi gayi. But what was the need to rush through the CONFESSION? 😕 Couldn't they show RK developing feelings for Madhu really slowly, overcoming his insecurities about relationships and trying to distance himself from Madhu after realising his love? Wouldn't that have made for a better track than this unwedding? They could have shown them falling in love over a year and then should have shown RK releasing Madhu from the contract marriage.

4. Sultan's entry.

Chalo, they showed early love confession, they also showed UNWEDDING. Good enough. But the track before Sultan entered had so much potential. RK wasn't acting like a psycho and Madhu was STRONG to take his insults and even give them back to him. They could have banked on this and could have showed RK falling for Madhu properly again and in between they could have even incorporated the heroine track. Sultan's entry just made a khichdi in the show. There was no logic, no character development. Everyone was butchered just to glorify him. And then what had to be done to him? KILL him off🥱

5. Rishbala's full wedding.

They should have somehow ended Sultan's track after RK's love confession to Madhu in chawl and made him leave. Then they should have shown Madhu taking revenge from RK in the altar. Dono ka revenge complete ho jata. Scores equal. They could have shown RK's breakdown and then turn him into a complete ruthless RK who would have dragged Madhu to films for being such a great actress. 😆

This is what I feel about the blunders by MEIEJ CVs😆 I feel that the current track has potential to bring forth all the past disasters committed by Rishbala and then end the chapter for once and for all. Then start a fresh track.

I agree on points 1, 3 and 4. Especially 4.🤢
But points 2 and 5 - Rishbala's first and second wedding - were both necessary as the only thing that would get the TRP-audience interested in both situations where the serial was drowning.
Madhu bent on revenge for just a few episodes made her look bad. If she had gone through with her plan, she would have been detested beyond redemption. A male lead gets condoned for a lot of stuff, the female lead never.
And the female-lead career-track concept is interesting but not likely to be appealing to the TRP-audience and would have just got the serial closed. It needs to be introduced in careful packaging at a time when the TRPs are great.
But agree absolutely with your last para. They need to wrap up the past colossal mistakes by Rishbala, and then start afresh.
The TRP-audience's detestation of the unbearable Sultan tracks got rid of that character. That was good for us.
But their detestation of other tracks could also end those just as surely. So the upcoming tracks need to be packaged with what we want to see presented in a way that the TRP-audience is willing to stick with. It's a tall order, and really hope the MEIEJ CVs can manage it.

I half agree with you but not fully... 4 phera shaadi was not blunder as per me... Such kind of twist was needed because show was almost at the edge of going off air... And it favoured the show n show became success... So i dont call that a blunder... I appreciate CV's for that move...Next ,Though i felt RK's love confession was too early pre-unwedding drama, but still the show was fine till Sullu bhai entry... Because, like u said UNWEDDING drama was the most potential track... CV's were not even had the TRP pressure as the show was going good and rocking TRP charts by standing in top 5... CV's should have easily brought the heroine track there by keeping ishq n junnon factor alive. That would have been a reasonable justice for both title n original theme of the show...😊.. But gangster character turned the direction of the show straight in to gutter... Now, it has become a complete family drama n Rishbala are like any other soap couple... abala purush pati , abala nari patni types 🥱🥱

CV's Killed the Unique factor of the show... The uniqueness of MBEIEJ was Villain's never win... Its always tug of war between hero n heroine... Where as in other soaps, Hero n Heroine are play dolls and cry babies in Villain's hand... Now that uniqueness is gone and it has become like any other soap...🤢

As per me story would have progressed like this after unwedding drama:
--- RK insulting madhu n challenging her capabilities in some circumstances which makes her to take the decision of make it big in the film industry
--- Then Madhu trying to acheive it whereas RK making it difficult for her
--- and she finally acheiving it n both working for same film which makes them to rejuvenate their love again..
--- After so much fight with their respective egos , falling in love again by forgetting the past
--- Then getting married
--- Then probably a gangster drama... Not in this sadakchap GHG way... But a proper villain who eyes on heroine(madhu) and making life difficult for Rishbala.. n the couple overcoming those odds
--- Then few circumstamstances which makes madhu to think yeh meri duniya nahi hai yeh meri sapne nahi hai (That was also shown in the original promor right?)
--- Then she withdraw being heroine and happy being the wife of a superstar etc etc

They would have written these kind of tracks which does the justice to ishq n junnon as well as original concept of the show...

Its just my view.
