I have watched the episodes that you have written about- and yes, he is a better person than he used to be, but he still has a long way to go before his character becomes likeable. That is of course entirely my view, as people have different definitions about boundaries and acceptable behaviour in relationships.
Okay now I am puzzled. How many episodes have you watched? What episodes did you miss? RK is a very complex character if you want to discuss only about him, I will be more than happy to do so. But please don't compare him with Sultan. They are two different people. RK has his own journey as a character that shaped him and defined him. If you want to talk only about him. You can send me a pm.. because when I talk about RK, I talk a lot and I won't want anyone interrupting. 😆
If you want to discuss about RK, I can do that but before that you will have to be unbiased too because I can be unbiased easily (as I am a literature student) while discussing a character but if only the person I am talking to won't bring in biased opinions.

ETA: I remembered, even RK asked for a second chance he didn't say his change has become permanent and he is perfect now. In fact, he still calls himself Kameena. But he is trying to be a better person everyday. Redemption comes from heart and is shown through one's actions. RK redeemed himself with his public confession and is now making himself a better person. Trying everyday. Accepting his flaws.
It's kind of a big deal even for a regular guy to publicly accept his mistakes, kneel down in front of the girl he had wronged, apologize, ask for second chance and stick with his promise to be better everyday. And this is Superstar RK, the person who didn't complete his 7 pheres because he had so much ego that he couldn't walk behind someone.
He has a long way to go but you can't deny he has come a long way already.
