sultan is not hiding anything..he kept mum becos he accepts his doings n allegations made by madhubala on him..if he is not responsible for the photo in the paper he cud have easily say that to madhu that it is done by dipali but no because dipali n sultan working together for rishbala separation..as u know their convo is not revealed yet
