I think the defense will concentrate their efforts on Rashid's story and Sultan's character so the press conference with Rashid didn't want Meera to answer what happened with Mohan and her to break up will be brought up in the trial possibly and Sultan's propositioning Madhu to come to him (before the fight with RK) will also be brought up in the trial. When Sultan starts phoning Madhu they could even trace where he is and play the conversations on tape to the court what he is propositioning Madhu for. So that's why I'm scared for Sultan's side, I think the court case will be bad for RK initially then they will be a switch to make it bad for Sultan. That's why they are taking 12 days to unravel everything. The Naveen Saini article is saying they will be twists in the trial.
