She will she will show it to RK and say both Madhu and Radha knew the truth but didnt tell him and try to create rift between Rishbala.
Or
She will give it Sultan to use as proof and will sit back and enjoy the drama thinking RK will get mad and throw Madhu out.
Or
She will blackmail Radha saying if RK found out he'll b angry with her so she shud throw Madhu out of RK Mansion.

I think one of these will happen!! What do think??
