Please don't ever say like that. Please. Don't. Just don't compare the two characters in terms of characterization and character development. Ever. 🤢
I don't mean to offend you, seriously, I am sorry if you feel offended but what in the world are you talking about? Sultan's character has more substance than RK, really? Are you being sarcastic? 😲
Just because RK hasn't been getting dialogues of his standard or wearing clothes like a superstar, lately and has not been supported by background score (which he actually has btw), it does not mean that it undoes all the development his character has been through over the past year. 😕
His character has shown more shades and most wisely written development as compared to any other character in the show. His journey from being ruthless RK to a manipulative schemer who ends up falling in love with his "supposed" enemy to an egotistical man who shuns his own feelings of love towards Madhu and goes ahead with the revenge only to end up realizing his love to becoming obsessive of Madhu yet stubborn to accept his mistake and lastly, to becoming the one who accepts his flaws in public and gives his relationship another chance after knowing about Madhu's revenge plans, is actually nothing? 😕
Right now also, he seems out of place because he is unaware of the truth. He just wants everything to be normal and he just wants to be done with Sultan's problem. I mean, you can't expect him to be Right Kameena all the time that will be too monotonous. He has to show growth as a character, which he has shown tremendously.
So what if he has more family scenes now? Don't superstars have families? Can't this guy catch a break after all this drama? In fact, there is much bigger drama to come, and you know that he will be shattered and he might turn ruthless more than ever.
RK still remains to be the finest masterpiece of the MB's CVs. Don't take that away from them, they don't have anything else, other than BSC. 😳 People may hate him or love him, but no one can deny the fact that neither he is any ordinary bad guy when he turns bad nor a typical daily soap opera hero, when he turns good. He always remains grey. If not a dark shade, then a dilute one, but he is always grey.
And about Sultan, well, I will have to make a whole post if I were to point out how CVs have disappointed me and forced me to dislike his character because of his poor characterization and almost absurdly illogical speedy growth as a character. 🤢
I really hope that I have not offended you. I really don't mean to. But seeing that you are an RK fan and you are saying such things made me comment here otherwise there are many posts that criticize or even bash RK left and right, but I don't bother commenting. But I thought as you are fellow RK fan who is clearly upset with the current track, so I thought of commenting.
