Yes as we thought its some conspiracy, that Kuku Bhatia orchestrating this, but I was told by Abbey that the production house has not renewed his contract (Raza Murad), but that doesn't mean they can't bring him in later if they plan on dragging the track, the CV's can swing it in any direction...the story could be true or the Kuku Bhatia scheme. We just have to wait and see.
