Guys this is very much possible. The driver never heard the conversation of MK and Meera in rain. He just concluded after seeing their expressions that MK betrayed pregnant Meera. What if Meera and MK never consummated only and Meera was pregnant beforehand only and when she told this to MK, he left the city? When he returned, he did not accept her child and then before he got into the car after the rain conversation, Meera said that if he doesn't accept her kid, she'll disclose abt their mrg to family.

I feel this is the missing part of the puzzle that bhai is Meera and some other man's child who wasn't accepted by MK and Meera became mad after delivering the baby and MK gave it to the driver.
