Makers clarified it many times... but still people doesn't want to come out of their illusions...

Instead of making a sob story around sultan, they would have at least made him a powerful don, and how these superstars have threat from these underworld don's ... how they make stars to work in their movies... CV's would have explored that side of industry instead of this mental mamma drunken pappa drama 🥱🥱🥱

I just read this latest interview of Saurabh Tiwary and this is what he has to say about the show.

Nautanki Telefilms and BAG Films have joined hands yet again, after the success of Colors' Madhubala, to launch another love story on Life OK, Do Dil Ek ' Jaan.

In a conversation with Tellychakkar.com, producer Saurabh Tewari (Nautanki Telefilms) speaks about the challenges he faced while shooting for Do Dil Ek Jaan and his expectations from the project.

There are very few people who prefer working on larger-than-life concepts on the small screen and Saurabh is one of them. When asked about it, he said, "Jaan is an extension of what we did in Madhubala. I think every person has a way of narrating a story and my style is making it look larger-than-life. I would want people to know my style of making shows, so that when I make my third serial, they'd immediately make out that we are producing it."

It's a love story again? "Madhubala's story is that of a film star who balances his personal and professional life. While in Jaan, the issue is of Kashmiri Pundits and that of migrants in big cities. Both the shows do not have any similarity, it's just that mode narration is the same," he answers.

This show is also a huge responsibility on Saurabh's shoulders as he states, "Too many things are at stake for me for if it does not do well people might think that Madhubala's success was a fluke."

After reading this, all I could do was rewind back to 28th May 2012.

The show started with Padmini's journey to Mumbai. Then Madhubala was born. She met a guy Mukku. He was udaoed by this arrogant Superstar RK. The actual story started after that.

RishBala's hatred, Rishbala's marriage, RishBala's love story, RishBala's revenge and RishBala's marriage. While I have never considered this show as only Madhu's journey or RK's journey, but only RishBala's journey, this statement of ST, lit my brain cells.

Before four phera wedding - RK's professional life was shown.

Post wedding - His personal life was shown.

Post unwedding - His professional life was shown via Dard-E-ishq.

Post Sultan's entry - RK's personal life was shown.

Now post RishBala's wedding - RK's past would be dug.

So, I guess all the people who think that BHAI will become the crux of the story and all the people who think that RK's character would be butchered to pave way for another love story, should read what the MAKERS and PRODUCERS of the show have to say😛

This show was supposed to show the heroine track once upon a time, but then the makers scrapped the idea (I also wanted the heroine track badly, even want it now, but the chances are low that it would come because RS in his interview said that film industry would be explored only through RK's eyes).

Just don't want focus shifting off the two of them to any other character for too long.
And would love to see the stardom track, but properly and without jettisoning the romance track, so we might hope for both tracks to continue on through the rest of the series.😊

saurabh tiwari has seen it all--just see the trps for these pairs--madhu-maliks,madhu-mukku,madhu-dips,madhu-sultan,madhu-radhaji.Now watch out trps of these pairs--rk-bittuji,rk-bhatias,rk-dipali,rk-malliks and the latest rk-sultan...so bascially rk is capable of creating chemistry with all...he raises the standards of other characters wen wth him.Tiwari +the whole Mb team have got dis well in their brains.Nowdays members of pH in their evry intrv make it a point to say that story is about Superstar Rk
