No!! RK is not wrong.. I believe he heard that Madhu loves him. He is not doubting Madhu but is angry at the fact that Madhu involved bhai in all this. And for once he is totally justified.

But I guess this was required, now he can trust Madhu n pass this test. As we all know, Madhu has taken n passed too many tests. So time for Rk to shine..😊
