Madhu is planning to break RK's heart on wedding at last moment before the whole people... and if she do so then RK won't spare Madhu... Thats why Padmini is asking Madhu to back off from this plan... and thats why she was shown all furious when Trishna said... she feel like Madhu is gonna marry RK really... So she want Madhu to remind what actually happen to her before in the name of wedding...

So I feel Padmini is right as her place like every mother...
but we are feeling bad since she is shown as someone who is trying to stop Rishbala wedding..
