My two cents on the recent track!

Hi Peeps,

I am a silent reader of this forum, and watch the show almost everyday... well actually 95% of the time when the whole episode is not dedicated to Sultan and Aryan..

Recently a lot of things about the show have been irking me, and it makes me think:

• Isn't Sultan a known gangster, I mean I remember Kaka (Aryan and Sultan's helper) saying in the initial episodes how all cops are made aware of how big a gangster Sultan really is, and how he should be hiding etc. These days Sultan is roaming around like a free man, traveling and walking around Chawl, Dargah, Movies and parties but no one has cared to search for him.
• Second of all as much as I love Madhubala, her involvement with Aryan from the beginning never made sense to me. To help save him initially was alright but who in today's world goes above and beyond to ensure each and every time that he is okay. He is no body to her and she does this much
• She is hell bent on taking revenge from RK for what he did, but I think rather than revenge she needs to reform him by giving him a taste of his own medicine. She could do all this without Sultan in the picture.
  
• How can Madhubala and her family be so welcoming to a stranger and his kid. Yes, she helped them once, twice, thrice that too by accident but come on that should be all. As victims also Sultan and Aryan keep pushing into Madhu's life. Weren't they leading a life before she came, so what is it now that you keep coming to her time and time again.
  
• Madhubala was speaking to Sultan yesterday as if she knows his whole life story. Relax woman! you dont! He is a gangster, had a bad past and he needs love - you accomplished that...!!! Your husband ditched you, but should you leave him like that - NO! You need to teach him, reform him, fight with him or do whatever it takes but get back to him and make him see what he did wrong. Don't just take revenge for the sake of your self-esteem, identity etc. rather do it for your love, your relationship, your togetherness because after all RK also had a rough past and he also deserves Love.

I have so many other things I can complain about with the recent track (Sultan, Aryan, Padmini, Dipali, disappearance of Mallik & Roma etc) but I think i will stop here.

Guys these are my views, I am personally not a big fan of Sultan and Aryan track. I didnt mind having them as a side track before but I feel like they are taking over the main story line..

No bashing please, positive comments are welcome. These are my views, and i am not holding anyone to think the same.

I agree there are many loopholes..like sultan for a while now being able to roam around without any fear of being caught. What I do NOT agree with is you take on madhu "teaching" and "reforming" rk. Errr...WHY? Or more accurately WHY YET AGAIN?

Change comes from within...no one can change someone else. Further...your post mentions nothing about madhu's self respect. A girl should have a HEALTHY dose of that before she has any feelings for a man. Abusive man..and yes rk IS abusive do not change. Yes this is a show and esp indian shows show all kinds of non real things. However, at NO POINT has rk every shown any REMORSE or regret for what he has done to madhu..he has paid lip service..."mana ke maine galti ki" THAT is not remorse. He shows all the symptoms of a psychopath..look em up. To ppl with this condition...only their own feelings matter...not anyone else. Psychopathy is not only fairly common but also incurable.

Bttw..you write well. Would you stay with a man if he treated you like rk has treated madhu? If no and your answer is that this is just a show...then why not trust the cvs who showed us the romance to show us true romance and love!

Oh no what did write , moral brigade will come and teach as you will now considered immature and a kid for not liking gangster and thinking mAdhu should not take a revenge

Agreed with your thoughts, and I am not saying that CVs wont justify because I am sure they will. They have done a phenomenal job in the past and will again. My thoughts are more so on why so many loopholes. Yes MAdhu's self-respect is important, and I am not saying she shouldn't take revenge. Definitely she should, but we also know she loves RK deep within and reforming him once again wont cause any harm. And i think her taking this revenge will reform him indirectly.

I mean I would assume if she loves him, she probably wants to be with him because I dont see her settling with anyone else (for she has been portrayed as the one man type in the show). And to your point I wouldn't want to be with someone like RK, but I would definitely reform him once again if required! and REFORM to a point that he apologizes for his deeds, feels sorry for it and makes an effort to make up. Just like Madhu is but without dragging in another man!

Hahaha I know i see such posts all the time.. I am not against her taking revenge, but I want her revenge to have a different outcome leading to them (Rishbala) being together with RK reformed!

I am too not against revenge but I hate third party involvement . I would had supported mAdhu in all efforts against RK , if gangster was not so much glorified by cvs

Yepp! Agreed ... I am all for women rights etc. but I believe in making changes to improve the situation and reform those behind the issue without involving outsiders! Problems are solved better amongst those involved not with those who were never part of the problem!

Looking forward to see what twists the CVs are planning to bring post IPL season..

Also, another thing I always believe an eye for an eye will only leave the world blind and in this case revenge for revenge will not get anywhere. Lets change up the revenge process to make a difference.!

You misunderstand me...i think that the revenge aspect is irrelevant in this context. However, personally I don't think a) revenge would work with a man like rk..in terms of teaching him anything positive, let alone reform him and b) madhu has not been shown as someone who can go thru with hurting anyone deliberately.
As for reforming his "once again" When was she able to do it the FIRST time round?? Just coz that pathetic excuse of a mother radha and rk said a couple of episodes ago..."phele tumne sab kuch theek kiya tha" and madhu says..."yes i did but what did I get in return?" The fact of the matter is that if she HAD made "sab kuch theek" then rk would never have done the revenge. It would not have even occurred to him to do that, let alone do it so heart and soul distroyingly!

Like I said in my previous response...it is a myth created and compounded by indian shows that a woman can reform a man. No other cultural media tries to portray this fallacy as regularly and consistently as does the indian media. Its not like buying a size 10 dress when you are a size 14 with the intention of losing weight...and even THAT which is within one's control doesn't happen oft! 😆
As for making him sorry and apologize...errr...how would you go about doing this. I ask coz I see this option being put forth again and again...that madhu should change him, make him realize so he understands! But nobody wants to say HOW. A how which madhu has not already tried and failed!
