Sanjay Dutt has been convicted specifically for possessing illegal arms under the Arms Act. (and got acquitted of conspiracy charges -helping a criminal- it needs to be proven by concrete evidence he helped/facilitated the bomb blasts to take place; presumption of innocence & lack of evidence made that he was acquitted on these charges...)
