So I think Madhu may be 'sacrificing' her life (not killing herself, just going on a hiatus) to either teach him a lesson, or ... may be even kill him.

I was thinking about her being retarded too, then I figured, she doesn't have a choice but to be that way to either get away from him, or teach him a lesson. I mean, the guy chained her to him. I think she tried to get away, no? I stopped watching after those episodes, but I'm guessing she tried, failed, and has not taken this tact of trying to beat him at his own game ... i.e madness ;).

This is quite a different tack the makers are taking, I just hope they have a good future planned. This could end quite badly for them if they don't know what they're doing.
