Hilarious post, Kittu, and good response, Swapna!👏👏
Well, yeah, I remember Madhu being called weak for slapping RK, but you don't understand na, Kittu, the rules in this forum are always different for RK.
Since I can't make fun posts like you guys, I'll seriously talk about my opinion here. I do not condone physical violence, unless as a last resort. You use physical retaliation as self-defence, or when you know other means of protest are beyond you.
I feel Madhu's first ever slap was unnecessary- from what I can recall. I mean, she had already filed an FIR and she was refusing to cave in to bribes and threats- and that's all she needed to do. She didn't need to go and slap him.
Coming to the four slaps- well, at that point, RK has publicly humiliated her (and why? Because he had to go to jail for drunken driving and running over someone? If he was a real hero, he might have stopped the car and taken the guy to the hospital. He might have admitted his mistake and apologized publicly for it- it takes real guts from a real hero to do that. But no, he was busy saving his image) by breaking off her marriage and telling the world how she was in love with him( that really shows him up as someone weak and insecure. He is so rattled that this girl does not melt at the sight of him that he goes and tells the world she is in love with him. Same character trait when he announced to his cast and crew that she wanted to become his spot-girl in order to atone for his mistakes.). The her father gets beaten up, and Madhu presumes it was him who ordered it, and then he calls her up at the hospital and gloats over her broken marriage and her father's condition. I guess Madhu here can't do anything else because thanks to RK's paid press, nobody will believe her. Slapping him was the only retaliation she has left.
The last slap- this at least I am convinced she was completely right because he kept pulling her after she told him to go away. Richly deserved.
Now let's talk about RK punching Sultan.
From what I see here:
RK punches Sultan just because he turns up at a party with a legitimate invitation?
He doubts Madhu, again, when Madhu has been repeatedly telling him that they are just friends and she loves only him. And after his own grand betrayal, who is he to ask such questions anyway? But leave aside these reasons, a man who hits a guy just because he is afraid of losing his wife does not need to be called weak by me or you or anybody else, he is proving how weak he is by his actions. And since some people are comparing this with Sultan pointing a gun- well, I did not support Sultan pointing a gun at RK- I think he was wrong, but since RK was wrong in the first place by kidnapping Madhu (and I am not saying two wrongs make a right), I don't see how RK can take a moral higher ground there.
I'll only say that a person who doesn't have the courage to admit and atone for his own mistakes is the weakest person ever.
