THE STRANGE CASE OF EMOTIONS'. -Chapter 6.

Madhu had started developing feeling for Dylan. He used to occasionally flirt, compliment her, spend most of his times with her. She could see, Dylan getting shy whenever she was around. Madhu loved Dylan's attention. But Dylan never expressed his feeling s for her.

Everything seemed obvious but unsure. It was the other day when Madhu woke up late in the morning and was rushing towards her class. Since she had bathed in a hurry and dressed, her towel dried hair with a baby pink top and a pair of blue jeans made her look beautiful. She saw Dylan gasped after seeing her. As she walked towards him , she suddenly bumped into RAY.

Sorry Sir!! I did'nt notice' was in a hurry, I got late'

"Its Ok!. Madhubala. Relax. By the way Goodmorning!! And you'"RK was about to say something, but held himself..and said.. "Are getting late for clas.. so rush"

Madhu nodded and walked past RAY.

"Good Morning Dylan!, Sorry I woke up late."

Suddenly Dylan raised his index finger and moved out a strand of wet hair from Madhu face and locked it behind her ears.

She felt embarrassed.

But Dylan in a deep, husky tone said" You look beautiful."

Madhu was sure somewhere Dylan too liked her, but could not gather the courage to ask.

Madhu lay in her bed. It had been almost three years now she knew Dylan. She thought and rethought about all the beautiful moments that she spent with Dylan.

She suddenly thought speaking to Maya about it

Maya on hearing Madhu likes someone was jumping up and down..

Yippee'.

Love is in the air.

Madhu said shut Up.. and tell me what to do??

Go ahead and Propose..!!

What !! I go and Propose?Are you losing your mind'?

Why what's the problem. Go ahead and propose. See if you are confident he likes you he will like it. Aww! How romantic. Wow' I too wanna meet him. Who's the lucky guy.??

Madhu, I believe you. If you feel it there must be something.You know Madhu I never told you about my mother. My mom loved me a lot. She was very close to me. My dad and my brother never had time for me. But the she passed away when I was in school. She conceived and was critical but my dad pushed her to deliver and she died delivering a dead baby. From then I hate my father and my brother.

You are my only true friend. I pray to god I never lose you and may you get everything.

Madhu decided to propose over diwali party'She dressed in a beautiful golden yellow lehenga.. and dressed minimally. She saw Dylan looking handsome in a black kurta.

She walked towards Dylan and said.. "Dylan can I speak to you for a minute"

Yeah Sure'!! Madhu you look beautiful'

Dylan looked straight into Madhu's eyes, he cupped her face in his hands and but he had a cold expression in his eyes'

Madhu.. I DO NOT LOVE YOU'

The words hit Madhu like a hammer.

He turned his back towards her,"Madhu I never loved you, though I like you. I shall always like you. You are a nice girl but i am sorry you are not my kinda girl. I never grew any feelings for you, for me there is nothing called as love. But we can be friends.." Saying this when he turned, he saw tears rolling down Madhu's eyes'

I am sorry Dylan'but i thought you love me. All the affection.. I was wrong. Oh my God!!Maybe you are right.. I am not the right girl for you.May be I am not good enough. Its ok'I have to excuse myself' Bye'

NO Madhu.. You are nice.. but by then Madhu was gone'.

Madhu ran towards her hostel and she saw RAY. She wiped her tears, thinking he might see and walked past him.

"Why are you crying Madhubala?"

NO sir!! I am not crying.!!

Hey nice ff read in 1 go...i cannot say i can relate to this per se cause i have not been in any relationship but i am in engineering and have seen stuff like this except RAY's problem's, others are relatable... You have definitely penned this down in a great way! Kudos to you for showing engneering life nd yaa ET sucked thank god BL Theraja se chutkaara mila but electronics sucked 2..
