From what i can see now is madhu is totaly disturbed especially due love test which she performed ,she still under shock ,she cant tell to padmini ,padmini will get bigger shock if she comes to know it that she was about to lose her daughter forever.so the only person who can relieve her pain ,with whom she can share her pain is none another then sultan.So i feel sulbala fans ki toh nikal padi.Becoz there might be a sulbala hug ,where madhu cries and he consoles her.
