because Madhu has given him good hope bye Helping him.I dont blame him fully because he found Hope in his life.

sultan is despo guy..madhu try to be friend with him but sadakchaap showed his true colors...!!! once a sadakchaap will always be a sadakchaap !!

DD ke ek segment DD ne kaha tha ki Sultan ko Aage jakhar Madhu se pyar hotha hai
Phar Madhu ke man mai Sultan ke liye kuch bhi feelings nahi hotha
Aur Madhu sirf RK ke se pyar karthi hai
