I agree with you : Sultan is better than RK, but that doesn't mean he's good ! RK a reference to say that if you're better than RK then you're a good person and if you're worse than RK then you're a bad person !

Sorry from your bolded part I thought u meant Sultan-the dad not Sultan - the person. Anyways ya RK is no guage to see if one is a bad person or not but what I mean to say is that even though Sultan knows that he aint a good person he wont be able to explain Aryan the same. But I guess u have a pt in saying that Aryan might take over Sultan's career and yes thats a possibility. I think Sultan is still in the process of redemption and there will come a day when he might come off the gangster path. That day he might sit and explain to Aryan that he was wrong in choosing the bad path. Hopefully Aryan might be old enough to understand what his dad wants to convey.

Sultan does know that the path he chose is wrong, he did explicitly say that to Padmini. I think he is just waiting for the right time to explain the same to Aryan. We didnt see much of Sultan's character yet. There is a lot to be explored that side but the writers are busy with RK-Madhu so I guess that depth in Sultan's character needs to wait.

@Bikes : When RK called Sultan "Sadakchaap" and "Kutha" no one seem to mind? Oh instead we see flocks of posts praising RK and his witty one liners 😆. When RK called his mom "Janam dene wali aurath" ppl didnt bother making so many posts? Just cuz a small kid called him Ganda he needs to be taught a lesson? 😆

Btw Ganda means bad only na? not anything really derogatory like the ones I quoted in my first line of this post?

A 29 yr old RK is appritiated for saying whatever comes to his mouth, but a 5 yr old child cannot voice his opinion ? People are bashing and want him to think and judge before speaking ? How old are these people? Hights of fanatism. Sometimes, the thought process Of such ppl really leaves me baffeled . Anyways, beautiful thoughts beautifully written. Read ur post yesterday Fia. One thing I'm failing to understand is whether people are offended by the word 'ghanda' or the fact that he called RK it? If it's the word people have a problem with then it's an every day word, if my mum says 'do your clothes need washing, are they 'gandhe' I'm not exactly going to cry because she's offended my clothes am I? As for calling a person that well for Aryan RK is nothing more than an actor not his uncle etc when I talk about actors I dislike trust me the word 'ghanda' would be a euphemism! Had he sworn I'm sure his father would have put him in his place, he has a firm understanding of right and wrong...Sultan follows his heart not his EGO hence he saved RK's life! I'm sure his flesh and blood will uphold the same values regardless of what he becomes.

P.s You don't just aspire to be a gangster, Sultans circumstances led him to take that route and I'm sure he doesn't want that for his son! 😊

@Black bold: And thats the sad part that even after admitting he didnt try to rectify his kameenapan until now, whereas Sultan is trying all he can be to a better person from what lil is being shown of him these days.

@Red : If Sutlan wouldve told Aryan that RK is bad for this and this reason and thats why Aryan made up his opinion than we can argue that its wrong on Sultans part. Aryan formed his own opinion so Sultan couldnt correct him now even though part of what Aryan told is wrong and part is right. Sultan would eventually correct Aryan when he feels Aryan is big enough to understand the workings of world around. Aryan is still a 5 yr old and its not possible to explain that kid that what Sultan is doing for living isnt good.
