good call; can't say i have a really bad problem with soaps myself, since this is the only show i watch, but a lot of my aunts have developed an addiction. they just revolve their day around what shows coming on at what time. nice meeting you forum ghost ! :D

I understand ur feelings 4 ur fav show. It is only a fav show dat makes us realise d reality dat fictions r 2 be taken so seriously.
MB is nt my fav show but I've felt d same 4 another show. Nd I've stopped attaching myself 2 any show emotionally afterwards.

Exactly! Every show is unique in the beginning but they all end up the same way. I've seen it happen for the past 4 years and I don't think anything will change in the coming years. Hence me quitting daily soaps all together.

i am almost with you except i am still watching only Sultan parts.. may be i will completely stop watching it as im not seeing any so called rishbala scenes now ..

lol I know exactly where you're coming from! 😆 But when something begins to do your head in, it's better to distance yourself from it. I personally watch the show on and off - but do come to the forum to vent 😆 I think I might follow your lead at some point and open my eyes aswell ;)

He he...me being 33 years old I almost became one of those soap addicting aunties. 🤢 Thank God it stopped on time!
Now I can go back to being a geek and obsess about my Sci-Fi shows. 🤓 😆

Whether you stop watching completely or not...that's your choice however it's sad how promising this show was and how it turned out. I had really hoped for something different. No no no, not lots of nonsense romance but something out of ordinary. Silly me for expecting too much...

Well, isnt it always the same old story, we find a show hellinterestingand after a certain months, it starts going downhill! Have had same experiences with DMG and GHSP and now MEIEJ adds onto my list!

You show a more passionate side of RK we would have accepted, but this emotional, mental and to some extent physical abuse is hard to digest!It was a show that promised so much and it had the potential to be a classic! I guess more than 50% stopped watching since RK forced Madhu! If at the end it has to be RK-MB why bring Sultan, make us love him and then cry that we are not seeing a bond between the two!

Though I will be here with my OS and SS, I have no interest even in dissecting the episodes!

Sorry sorry for ignoring you! I have no excuse other than laziness (and constant shit happening in my life. I have moved twice within a month and was living in bed&breakfast for a while as i was "homeless"). Btw I haven't read a single OS, SS or FF for the past few months and I have tons to go through, not only yours but also others.

About the show...it has taken same route as others. Begins tremendously well and then goes downhill. I can't even be bothered putting energy on Madhubala anymore, it isn't worth it.
