@Ashu- For Madhu, she is righteous, but for audience her actions are irritating. Similarly for RK, his actions are LOVE but for audience his actions are OBSESSION. Even i don't fancy confused leads at all, but to move this story forward and achieve their target of 1000 episodes, cvs will show all sorts of crap.

@JJ- Yup, Madhu was always indifferent towards Dips seduction which was beyond my understanding also as a viewer. I guess Madhu and RK are two strikingly different personalities in true sense. Madhu has always been more inclined towards her family/RK's family rather than RK. And RK has always been doing stuff which only involves Madhu. Even while shooting with another heroine, RK was more affected than Madhu.

You know CD, I have a theory around that... I feel Madhu has a bigger ego than RK and she is also more self centered than him. For her life is always about what she perceives to be right or wrong. She is not really giving in love... coz true giving is what the other person needs. She gives only what she wants to give. She has been like this in all her relationships - with Mukund, Malik, Padmini, Trishna and RK. She is portrayed as a sensitive and soft-hearted person. But in reality I feel she is just the opposite. She likes to see people dependent on her - she derives self importance and self worth from there. At times I feel that more than RK not loving her, she was hurt because of his not needing her. She was hurt because she was not in the driver's seat.

She is so easily distracted by Sultan and Aryan because she can see the control she has on them. So she is a bigger control freak... that is why sparks fly when she is with RK. He is the only one who can match up to her. RK knows that... Madhu still has to realise and decide whether that is what she wants.

@JJ- Agree. Rishbala are similar in terms of being control freaks. The only difference is that they portray Madhu in positive light while they show RK in negative light. Madhu wanted to control the situation of Mukku's accident even after being chided by his mom for her interference, but she wanted importance there. Similarly RK also arranged for Shamini's marriage because he wanted to be the controller there. It's so ironic that these two psychos otherwise different have such a lame feature in common.

power is blinding huh? RK realises that and still loves it but Madhu doesn't know her liking for this control!! but anyway they are made for each other!

@AJM- Actually the thing is that they SHOW us onscreen that RK is a control freak, so the audience takes it in the negative sense but they never SHOW Madhu being a control freak. As a viewer, you have to interpret her actions and conclude that yes, she's a bigger one. But since her characterisation is completely opposite to RK's, the cvs can not openly show the flaws in her and the grey in her character as well like they openly show RK declaring himself as a Kamina.
