I dont think so.. today Madhu has clearly said, she ONLY loved RK and STILL only LOVES him and Madhu had once said to Dips too that RK is her only Medicine

Madhu will go with Sultan not because she loves him, but just to escape this mad avatar of RK.
Infact, I think, Madhu will not go to Sultan... he will take her to his house forcefully after seeing the craziness and to save Madhu.. maybe on her Mom's request.

Haahahaha... that was very funny. Madhu will end up with Sultan for sometime until RK sobers down and realize his mistake.
In the end it WILL BE Rishabala... but for now, this twist is necessary and beinng built up with current events. RK is been shown as a Mad psycho person this time.

I'm sure 90% of the fans want Rishabala and it will be them in the end... but imagine if Rishabala unite so easily, the show will end... so you know what I mean..."The show must go on"
