If he never came? Then RK would have took a long time to realize and bring Madhu back home. I always wanted a time leap, some time away for both and then them meeting at a new place.

RK can't share anything. When his mom remarried, he cut off all relations with her as otherwise he had to share her with a step-dad and step-bro. Similarly with Madhu, she has to he his and only his. No sharing, not even Aryan getting a bit of Madhu's attention. I wonder what will happen if Aryan has to stay with Madhu in the event of Sultan's death?
