I think the future track may go like this...

After Madhu give Rk the so called second chance, she might become pregnant because of the night stand she had with RK when she was drunk. Rk might think this is becuase of Sultan as she went missing with Sultan for 2 night and throw her out and insult her and somehow she might loose the baby. Then Sultan takes in Madhu and Madhu all set to destroy RK.

Then she might enter the movies and become a super star and bring down RK and his fame...

Just an imagination...

i agree with your point...It is the revenge of Right kamina...remember about the one thappar of Madhubala...so Right kamina is now taking his junoon by breaking the heart of Madhu for second time.
