we are not talking the legality of it. When their mockery of a marriage first happened, it was merely a contract.. and now when hes back claiming her as his wife, its a mockery of her self respect.

It doesn't matter if the divorce happened or not(for that matter, was the marriage even registered?).. this 'husband' humiliated his 'wife' ,denounced their relationship in public , not once, but several times. He drilled it into her brain that she has not ties with him. So why should she be beholden to a butchered non existent relationship and suffer?

@ScarletRose, ninad, MzIndependant: I completely agree with you guys... for RK madhu has always been a puppet... & my question is why woman are supposed to reform such manics in the first place...
As far as Sultan is concerned I don't think he crosses his boundary to tease woman... in this regard he seems better than RK...
If madhu goes back to RK once again it should not be because RK wants her to...it would be beyond the dignity of any woman to do so...

But contract says Till MB pays it back...she has to saty as RK's Biwi 😃
So...Since MB dint pay 40 Lakhs ... RK has full haq on her 😳

can we please forget that guy and talking someone important/worth talking abt guys...Sultan and Muadhbala cos I believe talking abt that guy now is a total waste of time...so bored of hearing abt his did and didn't do someone pls make a good post on SulBala cos I wanna drool even though I'm not good at but for them I willing to try
