Yeah I guess it is indeed difficult to accept grey characters...and RK reallyyy pushes those lines of grey/black...making it every more difficult for most ppl.

I watch the show for that unpredictability element, a lot of which comes from RK...the day that's gone, the show is done for me too...I was one of the ppl who started to lose interest with the romance overdose in Dec. anyways...I think these two characters are at their best during angst...and there is plenty of that going around now...lol...

So yeah I don't feel the need to talk about how "good" and "noble" that angst is...it's entertaining angst😛

The oral debates are bashing other characters\actors in disguise. it's very simple. people who don't like vivian , try to demean rk's character , but not everybody is like that and same with madhu..people who don't like dd [ some of them] effectively don't like madhu..however , not everyone is like that but quite a few are...and that is why Avinesh as sultaan is a breath of fresh air to some..and here every single thing is fan based , so nobody will see this post neutrally as well .They will only see it through polarizing fan based eyes. awesome post , though.

Once again agree with you, that we should accept the grey characters as they are! Whats the point if they are just black and white as most of the viewers want to categorize them into! lets not ruin the highlight of the show guys!

I just don't want to say a simple nice post 😊... I'm sorry but i just don't know how to react to your post Anu... I guess i see that fed up human streak in you too... cause you are fed up of people bashing RK and Making Sultan Bhai ... the Mahaan Bhai in this short span of time... 😊 And frankly i found it a very neutral post, nicely put... But this one para of yours brings out all your frustration...

Frankly atleast RK calls a spade a spade for the most part although he has his own convoluted issues...but all these ENDLESS long threads opened to discuss how Sultan automatically is a great guy just cuz he's tall and cat-eyed and RK is the epitome of evil cuz he took revenge frankly just says to me that ppl have missed the whole POINT of the storyline and the characters.

Thats what i have read in a loads of your posts where you feel people have missed the POINT of the story and the character and thats bugging you 😉 Hey and i'm not blaming you because this is Human... We are all driven by our emotions or rather lets say emotional fools and have attachments to certain characters for whatever reasons. And those reasons could be because of so many things.

A lot of times many of us state that these are fictional characters and we should treat them as one.. But then hey why does hurt so much when i see Madhu being humiliated every time, why the anger, or why does it hurt so much to see RK and Madhu separated, or why does it hurt so much to see Sultan harsh to his son, why do we smile on Madhu - Aaryan Scenes, its because somewhere each one of us connects with these characters. Again reasons for these connections to each its own...

I guess discussions, debates, defending your favorite character is bound to happen on a forum... And thats the reason why its a forum...Right 😳? And its all good... Its not because people love to fight, no one ever does... or in this case love to give character certificates but its because its human to defend, to prove that what i say is correct and despite of knowing that others might not understand me still try to put my point across 😃 Because each one is emotionally connected or attached to a character. We live their lives with them everyday for those 30 mins 😊 And our reactions to what we see is how we connect with it emotionally...

Frankly i'm fine with these human and emotional turnouts of ours... Thats the only reason that the forum is so exciting, so active and on the top... Else i would have just watched the show and forgotten it... But i like every other person here come back every time...I too get hurt, fedup and feel like not visiting here i can't avoid it, can't help it for many reasons... I too have my good and bad days where i want to shout on top of my voice, when i would have said something not too good, but then all said and done i try really hard to keep myself in check and not cross my boundaries i have drawn for myself. And thus i try avoiding posts that can potentially hurt me 😊 Thank god i can do it 😳 Most of the times i can ignore... Now i knw why Ignorance is Bliss 😆

Having said that, there is just one request i have to everyone on this forum and who read this post... There is one thing that i'm not really fine with and thats getting personal, crossing that line, dragging families and abusing, dragging actors and discussing their personal lives and abusing them for their choices and FINALLY the TIT for TAT attitude.. I just want people to think that if its fine for you to defend your favorites, why is it wrong for others to defend theirs... if some statement of theirs hurts you is it so important that you inflict the same pain back and mock them? I know its human.. but i guess its not too difficult to keep that check on ourselves... And to think before hand about the consequences of your actions. 😊 We all our sensible enough to do that...

Anyways i guess i have to stop ranting for its getting boring for me too now to type any further 😆 I'm not sure if i made any sense... for neither am i good at words not am i an analyst.. or probably i did... but Apologies if anything i say offends anyone... For that surely was not my intention... 😊

Try and see the world beyond your fav. actors and appreciate the STORY and the CHARACTERIZATION that lies at the heart of this show.

Most people say this very easily and lot will agree with the above wording and point fingers on others thinking others are the only people who does this.

But then even they are doing the same thing. They too are getting carried away with their love for their favourite actor/actress and failed to appreciate the story and the characterization.

Well, that is the sad fact here in the forum. Sigh.

Radhaji is spokesman of ST and CVs for the viewers respite and Madhu is actually the plotline for CVs to be revealed slowly and RK is the twist of the plot.

And rest of the characters become catalysts to MB drama or MB-RK joint drama or RK drama.

LOL true...Radhaji and sometimes Bittuji are used to pacify the audience in a straightforward manner...RK is used to poke fun at the idiosyncracies and cliches that abound in television...lol

Yes ofcourse I made this thread in frustration...I don't see where I denied it...I never said this post was about differentiating b/w fiction and reality...there are plenty of other posts in the forum lecturing about that...

If you bothered to read my post carefully rather on focussing on one paragraph alone then you may have noticed that I mentioned that I don't sit around passing judgements on GOOD or BAD...I'm not denying which are my fav. characters but I'm not passing out CHARACTER CERTIFICATES either...that was the only point I tried to make vis a vis the story.

I try whenever little I can to have some worthwhile discussion in this forum...but everyone is just so on with their AGENDAS...really it's pointless...thank you for reminding me how futile this all is...why do I waste my breath.
