To say I loved today's episode would be an understatement. I was hooked to my television from the beginning till the very end of it. Today we witnessed yet another side of Sultan. Another layer to his character was revealed. He is the epitome of strength, courage and a never giving up attitude. Even after being terribly injured and having lost tons of blood, he didn't want to look vulnerable infront of his son, he didn't want to see his son cry for him.
But the bullet is not the only thing that wounded this tiger. That lighter and the music signifies some deep connection from his past. My obvious guess would be his wife. It's probably a token and a reminder of her. And even though that music gave him the strength to fight off his injury and get up, the loss of his wife has already left a deep wound within his soul that has left a permanent scar on his heart and mind. The mere mention of being scared to lose Sultan too shook Aryan and it gave Sultan more strength to fight for his life and live for his son.
Today's episode in a way symbolized that Madhubala will not only tend to the wound that the bullet left on his body, but also to the wound that his dreadful past left on his heart. I don't care if Sultan and Madhubala don't end up together, it's these moments that will make me cherish them forever!!
