I think of the scene when MB called his son a handicap Sultan pointed a gun to her head and said do not call him that. Aryan is his weakness just like MB is R.K.'s weakness even though he will not admit to it readily. He had two of his "GOONS" on their motorcycle before his car, he could have easily sent them to do his dirty work but he wanted to vent his anger by himself. He did not sign the note hence R.K. is still guessing who the heck he is. And this is another way for MB to go see him. I think both R.K. and Sultan need to take a course on "Anger Management"... So to say it was cowardly or intelligent would be compartmentalizing Sultan because we do not know much about his character yet . But as you noticed R.K. in a second blamed MB for it. Angry men do not think before they do dumb things.

Sultan's act in one sense is not intellligent. IF RK brings this to the attention of the police then even Madhu will be forced to reveal the truth of this man Sultan whom the police has been trying hard to nail him down. I m sure in the next episode either Bittuji or RK would hint on bringing the police into the scene since the letter says it all. I m sure to rescue Aryan Madhu will have to blurt the truth and for Aryan's sake refrain them from taking any action. I m sure RK would say ek bacche se itni lagao.

It was a very intelligent move by sultan. Rk just said words but sultan took action. I guess this will b the difference between 2 characters, rk lives in a dream world where nothing touch him except his father n mother, rest of world is like movie script which he can change n mould according to his thinking.
Sultan lives on other extreme, everything is a harsh reality to him. He thinks abt his actions because he knows once he do something, it will start a chain of reaction which will not be under his control.

He is a don by circumstances or by birth we don't know yet. But he has power , he got to have connections as underworld is everywhere. Yet he didn't kill rk? Or point a gun at him? Why?
Because this was just a warning. N rk can complain to police but this isn't a issue to b taken very seriously. He is a superstar. He must have many other cars n expense for repairing this one should be negleigable.

But damage to rk's ego will b huge especially after the letter. So, sultan hit him where it hurt. He didn't kill rk off because he gives people chances.
The other mini don villain(bajrang something) he kept behaving rudely to sultan n he allowed it but when time came he showed him his place but didn't kill him.
Because sultan doesn't deal with death, he kills when there us no other way. He doesn't destroy other people life for revenge or out of boredom.
Rk got shammu beaten to death by his bodyguards because he is a superstar but sultan although he could have.
This shows that everything is not white n black. There r bad ppl. Who show humanity in unexpected times.
