madhu is very intelligent and sensitive girl...she felt that what is going on around Sultan and his son ..and also she feels, that deep down Sultan is not a bad man...in other hand she loves the kid, as the way that any girl love a helpless and disable kid...

I think rk is not the reason for her not to tell about sultan...I feel its something else idk what yet...but I feel for the little aryan she needs someone who can take good care of him...and sultan seems not a bad person he maybe knows that he' s surrounded by danger thats why he behaves like that with aryan so he could make him strong.
