Because she might hate rk or thinks that she hates rk but the fact is the she and rk are always one and the same. If one is air then the other is the heart both very much needed for the body to live. If the heart stops beating you die..if one has no air they die. With that being said she might thinks she hates her husband but she will never put his life in danger because underneath the hate the love for rk will always be there, whether rk deserves it or not is a whole another story.
