I dislike it when kids are used just for the prupose of making charcters interact..once the job is done they are neglected in the background only brought forward for emotional blackmail..
If you portray them as an important , then stick to it and dont use them as a stop gap measure..

I was thinking the same, but I think he was the only one and Ballu had to die because of actor's dates problem something. May be we would've gotten his positive side, but he had to die before the actual time.
