Wine tastes a little bitter... But gets to you once you have a sip.. feel like having more..
I have had only twice , never got drunk. Champagne tastes slightly bitter too.
Both times i had around 2 glasses felt good , happy and light ...
was still in senses not drunk..

I don't consider wine and champagne as alcohol!!!
