In the midst of RK's downright disgusting behavior and Madhu's strength that is everything I could have ever asked for, she took everything that RK is and turned it into a verbal slap. She put him beneath the soles of her feet and crushed him.
Here is a man who prides himself literally on BEING himself. He is what he is from his own merit and he owes nothing to no one. And then comes Madhu spitting hellfire from her eyes and she proclaims that he is alive today because of her. That it is HER blood running through him. RK owes more than an apology or groveling at her feet for all the crimes he has committed against her, he owes her his life.
"..naahi mere paas aane ki [koshish karna]. Khoon nikhal sakta hai. Mera khoon."
But there's another way to look at this. She gave him her blood to save his life right? It is still her blood running through him. If he bleeds, like she so said, he will bleed her blood. He will bleed her. How deliciously twisted and masochistic is that? He strikes her and he will only bleed her out. He strikes himself and he will nonetheless only bleed her out. She is everywhere around him, and she is everywhere inside him.
He's running from her, but running towards her. He wants to be rid of everything that reminds him of her right now, which was evident today. He can't even control himself around her, he doesn't even think and at once puts himself in her way. And then he lashes out at his servants because her things are still in his closet, lashes out at Madhu herself for daring to show herself to him, lashesoutlashesout.
He is around her, like a dying man is to salvation. Wanting so much to run from something that can end you, but running towards it because you cannot help yourself.
And how do you escape something that's already infected you?
How ironic, and tragic, and violent, that as his junoon, she is also his poison. How do you rid yourself of poison when it has taken hold of everything that you are? She IS his blood, and she serves as his poison from the inside out. And how do you rid yourself of her, of her poison? Do you cut yourself and pray that you bleed yourself dry to escape her? Or do you instead keep her, locked in the chambers of your heart, locked beneath the stretch of your skin that hides your blue veins.
He possesses her still. Even if it isn't her heart crushed in the grip of hands, it is her blood trapped within him. She is inside of him.

The above lyrics are from Imagine Dragon's song Bleeding Out, and boy do they ring true. The last thing, the first thing, every action RK takes will be to bring Madhu down. But she warned him today that she is covered in thorns, and he will only bleed her out. And baring his skin for her, counting the sins against her, and closing his eyes from the weight of what he has done, he will beg for her.
And she will want nothing to do with him.
