It was all planned but dunno from when

I mean, RK leaving MAdhu was planned by RK , it was not done suddenly... I mean definitely not from the beginning, RK ne jo bhi kiya that was a lover no doubt but something triggered him to dump MB and that RK kknew when he was in that gaon-- after tht bindiya chmkegi song, we thot an SR was about to happen but RK somehow controlled himself, gets up and says main ye nahin kar sakta ...and Madhu assumes that RK wants to hold on with the SR till marriage but that was not the reason. RK knew he was leaving MAdhu in the next 2 days and dint want any complications in her life (like pregnancy, baby n all I guess) ...infact, if he wanted revenge, he would have gone ahead and dumped her later, usko fark nahin padna chahiye but RK knew he was leaving her and hence didnot want physical intimacy. Bittuji was missing all this while and Rk once called Bittuji in between, does Bittuji give him some news when RK - MAdhu are in that goan which makes RK decide that he has to leave her for her better life ????????
