Well for your personal knowledge development here is the definition:

Just over a fictiional show - and to stress your hate for RK - ppl are shouting RAPE!
Have you considered - how common you are making a grevious act like rape to be?
RK - Hasn't raped Madhu or her soul. Hurting someone and raping her or her soul are two different things altogether. Even if he had slept with her - it wouldn't fit the criteria of rape! Because no physical abuse was experienced. Even in date rape - it is the bodily assault which is mostly taken into consideration.
You are insulting women who have actually been raped.. by making such a barbarioius act seem like a common factor.
Yes Madhu is hurt and (not that I perticularly care for her) but yes I will admit emotionally she is damaged. BUT not raped.
If a break up of relationships or falling victim at the hands of playboys is classified as rape - THEN ALMOST ALL THE WOMEN IN THE WORLD HAVE BEEN RAPED!
So think before you all open your mouths. Just bear a thought for the real ppl like Jyoti - who have actually been rape victims.

well said cari. and i m shocked at how people over here trivialize something as gruesome as rape. i don't visit this forum but i was once directed to a post where one of the fans was actually demanding cvs to have a rape track in the show with either rk raping madhu or someone else raping madhu and RK consoling her i mean do they even understand the true meaning and the trauma associated with rape before they start shouting rape. and honestly even if RK had slept with madhu, it still would not have been a rape as it was madhu who initiated the whole thing.
and since someone in some other post had cited the Indian law that if a man promises a woman to marry her and then breaks that promise after sleeping with her, then ts called rape, then let me tell them about another law which gives madhu a status equivalent to that of a wife even without the complete 7 pheras. under the recent amendments, Indian law recognizes even a live-in-partner as equivalent to a spouse and grants her all rights of inheritance as well as includes crimes against her as domestic violence and RK has been telling the whole world that madhu is his wife, so there is no question of sleeping with her under false promise of marriage and hence rape, since the world already recognizes madhu as Rk's wife 🥱. and since rk wasnt the one to force himself on madhu, it wudnt even have come under the definition of marital rape 😛 so please these rape obsessed fans should first check all their acts before putting their foots in their mouths and trivializing something as ghastly as rape. honestly people will start laughing at the trauma which girls like Jyoti underwent and undergo, if we start calling even consensual sex between a man and his wife as rape - and that is not something which is desirable under any circumstance
