Even i have wondered since that day that why they did not really focus on Ballu being dead by showing his body or some other scenes and wondered if he will come out alive.

Also, as per Panditji forecast (at the time of Padmini pregnant with Madhu) was that as the girl child will keep rising and getting fame, Ballu will keep going down and she will be the cause of his downfall. So CVs have never shown this forecast. Whatever the CV showed was, it was all of RK's help (actually it can't be called 'help' so lets say it was RK's doing) , and not bcoz of Madhu's rise to fame.

Even the wedding venue and everything was chosen and planned by RK and it was so far off in the jungle type of place and no other relatives or friends were invited for the wedding. So at such a secluded place it was easy to execute such a plan.

So seems like this whole could be a plan hatched by RK and Bittuji as they only brought him into Madhu & family's life. Remember... once there was a scene when RK had asked Madhu about her father once again and from where she was. And though I am not so sure but i think she had mentioned it to him that they had run from Motihari .
