Rape by deception is a crime in which the perpetrator has the victim's sexual consent and compliance, but gains it through deception or fraudulent statements or actions.

So in this case RK has deceived madhu by fradulent actions misrepresentation of facts that he loves her and is a changed person...so if at the time of SR he has planned to cheat her...and is doing all this for revenge it does amount to rape..whether she willingly consummates or not..

exactly reni..if he cheats & leave her after SR(even with mutual consent) then it will be considered as Rape ...just liuke Dev in geet...ewww...atleast ther he is not main lead but here its main lead🤢

Now i wonder whether RK actually called Bittuji for help or what...🤔

i dont understand sasi why will it not be a rape...just coz few people dont think it should be...
what ever one says wont change the fact that had RK been his own evil self madhu wouldnt consent to the SR...hence it is a rape by deception...

ankita the forum is already in a mess..and i dont want to spoil the peace...let the people live in their own world...coz come what may the definition of rape wont change acc to what people think is rape or not..
