Nahi, nahi, nahi! Next time you hear real-life TV couples saying this line, sympathize with them. Why? Most of them have postponed their honeymoons for their shows.
So you think a television actor's life is a bed of roses — what with fans drooling over them, sponsorers pampering them and producers splurging on them? Think again. While the perks are definitely there, the celeb status brings with it an array of problems. And one of those troubles plaguing almost four real-life TV couples now is the "no-time" syndrome.
Result? Personal commitments like engagement and marriage are wrapped up in jet-speed and honeymoon? Well, break, er... show ke baad!
Vivian D'Sena, who plays superstar RK in Madhubala — Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, and who got married to sweetheart Vahbbiz Dorabjee on January 7 has no plans for a honeymoon anytime soon.
"I started shooting for Madhubala... from January 14, so there was no question of a honeymoon! And I don't see it happening anytime soon either," admits Vivian.
Vahbbiz agrees, saying, "Since Vivian is one of the lead actors in the show and the entire track is concentrating on him right now, he can't afford to take a vacation now. More so because he took bulk leaves during our marriage."
