RK really hasn't thought everything through...Which is a big blunder by CV's as RK is shown quite intelligent who knows everyone's move BEFORE they do it...but what has happened here...?

He did his first mistake when he left major share of his property to his mother when her first of kin/guardian happens to be her greedy husband...!

I'm hoping he'll drop this hare-brained,half-baked idea of his and realizes his galti...!!!

Yes, it is a hare-brained, half-baked idea, because he was protecting his mother and if he leaves she looses that protection.

Now his gone and made things worse if those Bhatia's find out about his will, his as good as dead. He should know that. But I suppose if he did, then we would have no problems and challenges for the leads to overcome.
