its because she thinks RK from the moment he confessed he loves her that was fake and part of the test, that he doesn't love her. Also that no matter what assurances she gave him of her love before the test he never trusted her love, she feels like a failure. But the reason she is upset is because of two things she doesn't believe he loves her and that she doesn't believe she can prove that she loves him...Because they have no trust in their relationship.
RK also having been confronted with that as well as the fact his mother was always his that he didn't loose his mother and every time he pushed her away he was hurting his mum, is seeking solace in the bottle unable to stand her rejection.
But Madhu told him Radhaji is waiting just for him to call her mother nothing else and tomorrows episode we see him do that, it seems the CV's are trying to show that they reconciliation is by god's hand as well as Madhu's that's why he has the accident close to the mandir that Radhaji is at that precise moment.
We have to be patient to see how RK tackles Madhu next to try to regain her trust, possibly Radhaji now will speak to Madhu, because RK will tell her why he is drunk and bleeding he had an argument with Madhu. But it's a trust issue Madhu is not going to weaken and start talking nicely to RK at Radhaji's behest.
