Constructive criticism is to criticise in a well reasoned way including the positive and negatives in a friendly manner rather then oppositional one, so the tone and how you frame your criticism, because we will be DVD's only and though we like DD and VD but realise they are not our friends or family we need to defend so rigorously we will not get upset.

I think the VD and DD's are intolerant of each other, they absolutely cannot see their idol criticised at all whether it be constructive or destructive.

The problem I'm seeing is when DVD section gets into the constructive criticism part, other DVD's might start fighting amongst each other, do we tell those ones to join the fighting Madhubala forum section, who decides that? Do we have a meter where first fight warning, second warning, and third time you get demoted to the fighting Madhubala section and no chance to return to the DVD section?

The other problem is the MID's issue the people in the fighting Madhubala section will join the DVD section anyway, but if we have that meter warning system to demote them back, so a lot of that demoting will be happening.

Having considered all this then I think the best way is just to do it here in the original Madhubala forum, the Mod's to create a tougher meter warning system 3 fights and you are out banned. Of course you can always come back with a MID, unless when they ban you they manage to get your IP address also banned don't know if that's possible??? But because it's stricter, we could have less fights.
