Did any one notice.. When Trishna tells RK that she doesnt want anyone to interfere in her career she uses a double negative...

She says " Main NAHIN chahti ki koi bhi iske beech main NA aaye'

Using a double negative means a positive i.e. Trishna is actually saying that she wants the whole world to interfere.

i.e. Main NAHIN chahti ki koi NA aaye

Just thought how funny that the dialogue writers slipped up!!!

Nice observation! I'm not 100% sure if the double negative applies to Hindi though. I think Trishna said that for emphasis. Either way, she did want RK's help before.

The same Trishna asked Shamsher Malik to ask RK to give her a chance in the film industry whilst Rishbala were confessing their love for each other at the farmhouse and they next day she told RK I don't want you to interfere in my personal business. So she won't speak herself to ask RK for any help, but wants her father to ask for her.

Now RK spoke to Bittuji today that he doesn't want Trishna to know that he is behind her opportunity to get a heroine role in a big budget film because of what she always tells him, to stay out of her career, but she really wants him to take her in hand and help her going by what she told her father to get RK to help her.
