i like padminis character a lot..she was brave enough to run away from motihari to save her child...and compassionate enough not to leave trishna behind...she earned a living in Mumbai..and brought up her daughters well

It's been an up n down for me as far her character is concerned . There were times when I really admired her strength and determination , in the beginning of the show when she ran away to protect her unborn and Trishna ... then a massive low when she just stood and listened to all the taunts and insults thrown at her and her family by Mukund's mother .. Low again when she gave no chance to Shamsher and walked out on him , kept vrat for Ballu ... But a high when she's being a mother to her children especially Madhu..! She's always given her the right advice , no wonder Madhu finds a friend in her always..
Incosistent character compared to Shamsher but still a lot lot better than Radha Ji .
