From the last couple of days, I feel we on this forum overanalyze things, expect too much and inevitably get disappointed. Sometimes I long for those "innocent" internet-free days when we'd enjoy a "Hum Log" or "Trishna" episode and just savour it till the next one...without wanting to know, or knowing, what the whole world thinks about it. The "spoilers" we get with SBB/SBS etc also add to this confusion - I've decided to stay away from those.
How about just resetting expectations - this is a daily soap people! Let's stop expecting some magnum opus. We have a rocking storyline, some ups and downs are bound to happen in episodes.
In the spirit of positivity, let me say what I like in the current track:
I liked that the MU was wrapped up fast without us having to drown in a sea of DD's tears. I liked that the hero has a brain for a change and came back home pronto and made up with his biwi once he realized the truth behind her hesitation. That means he wants happiness with her, and doesn't want to keep drowning in a sea of alcohol and depression. Him going off in a huff to paint is so in character for RK.
I even liked that Madhu is trying to make RK reconcile with his mother. She knows any happiness they have will be incomplete without RK being at peace with his past and his mother.
