Jaha tak mujhe yaad hai padminiaur malik ka pahala touch 13.12.12 ko hua
jab Trishana narj hoker jane lagthi hai , aur Padmini usake picche jane wali hothi hai
toh malik Padmini ke kandhe per haath rakhaker roktha hai

Usake baad Padmini malik ko aise dekthi hai ki poor Malik jaldi se apana haath hata leta hai

I think there both already in love. It is a part of why Padmini feels so betrayed.
