She fell in love with him when she realized that he's indeed a good human being; just appears mean on the outside to keep people away. But RK, Rishab or Rishu, only the name is given is different but the person is the same! it doesn't matter, you have to accept everything about a person in order to truly love them. and she knows RK the Superstar and Rishab, so she loves him as whole not separately!😃
