DD and SI (Sanaya Irani) seem so similar when it comes to their views on staying with TV and not opting for Bollywood. And I suppose both are very good friends in real life too.😊

DD is a terrific actress and she is getting such powerful roles on small screen ...why she wud think to go to Film line ...i am happy seeing DD on TV.

TFS. Based on this tweet, it never said she isn't accepting offers. It said hope she chooses carefully which means they might offer her offer her in future and wants her to choose carefully. That's it! It doesn't have anything to do with dd not going to BW.

It's a personal choice. I think television is a much "safer" path only because she is not restricted to certain boundaries. She has the freedom to be her own person and not have to worry about PR, a public image, and most importantly the constant media scrutiny (let's face it..they don't spare anyone in BW!). Plus, I think she's family oriented and she likes to keep the separation between her family and personal life and the work she does.

All that said, I think she's amazing on television (a breath of fresh air if you ask me) and she would be amazing on the big screen too.
