It was really a very good episode...today.

Madhu's imaginations and her own way to convince RK with love letter was good but last part broke many hearts.. many of us are blaming RK and hating him but whatever he did it was a reason!

RK knows..Madhu is not completely well...she is weak but still she is not taking care of herself and cooking food for him...it hurts him. He wanted his BIWI to be fine and healthy. He wanted to give her protective shield. He wanted she to be happy. BUT he express his views in RK style.

Whatever he said to Madhu was perfect. I am sure Madhu will surely understand the hidden meaning in RK's anger and rude behavior.

Probably next week we will see RK missing (going to his Lonavala / Khandala Bunglow without informing anyone), Madhu and Ma gets worried. Bittuji will try and find his whereabouts and then Madhu go to scold RK...in course both confess their love.

He doesn't want her doing sava for him, he realises she has been poisoned and still weak, he doesn't want her to have a relapse just because she wants to cook food for him, after all...he has so many servants including a cook to do this work, she really doesn't need to do it when she is not feeling well.

So he wanted to tell her off so she does what is required to get better quickly and not deter her progress.

RK had no way of knowing that Madhu wrote a love letter and put it on the tray for him.

Also the karva chauth in the end he came home because he realises that she is a the real deal, not being fake, and as it was her belief he honoured her wishes but he still does not believe in karva chauth as he saw his mum fast for Mohan Kundra's long life and he died young and now she is fasting for someone else, so his skeptical of KC.

Never the less, to what I've said above, quite a useless episode and waste of time. I will tell you why all it showed is RK cares for Madhu's health, which we have already seen yesterday (repetition/over kill today) and Madhu is worried that her husband should also eat well the ghar ka khana etc RK had appreciated to her when she fed him by hand before, so CV's decided to show a further episode of how much they care about each other's needs, today was nothing really special. That's my point of view.
