Well spotted by you dear, the CV's are showing RK's love for Madhu by making him do everything she did for him when she was caring for him and eventually that led to her falling in love with him, so it's going to happen for him now, he cares for her and eventually full realisation of love.

The previous serial I was watching the man was reluctant and the girl willing and the same all she did for him before, the CV's showed him doing for her when he finally realised what a gem she was. Same formula here also.

That's what the 4 phere was about punishment for the 4 slaps...humiliated her in front of the people that she slapped in front of them the same 4 phere only half marriage. So I believe he returned the 4 slaps already.
