So this is take two at this, sometimes happened and I lost the original post I had started. I hope no one minds that I'm yet again posting without reading the thread first (sorry for any repition of anything already discussed). Today's show was just so overwhelming with so many layers and so much happening at once I decided to do it this way again.
I absolutely adored today's episode. The beginning segment was just too beautiful. Madhu not allowing Bittuji to even say aloud that RK wasn't coming as it was a thought she was simply unwilling to even entertain, her resolve and faith were amazing especially when you add the scenes of RK being conflicted at the studio and the song in the background. It was a brilliantly done scene. I'm glad that yesterday RK didn't come home right after Bittuji said everything he wanted to say. Everything that was said yesterday was everything that RK knows but has been too afraid to actually acknowledge. I would like to think it was the memories of his biwi triggered by that jacket, the love, the light, laughter, and sincerity that made it impossible for RK to stay away. He went back for Madhu and not entirely because someone knocked some sense into him, although that was very important. Madhu turning around as if she sense him at the same time we see RK resolve in his mind to go home and break his biwi's vrat was too sweet, reminded me of when RK sensed her on the set before she even got there. And how beautiful was the staging of this scene, with the water and the moon and the reflections. The range of emotions on Madhu's face was just beautiful (both DD and VD did an amazing job in this episode). RK and his discomfort. While I respect that RK doesn't believe in these rituals due to his past experiences and the dishonesty with which he's seen the women in his life follow through with these in the past I believe that part of RK's discomfort comes from the fact that in this moment, with this one woman everything is all too real and honest.Bittuji in the background taking pictures was super cute. A huge 👏 for DVD on the falling scene, how much trust does that show in your costar. That fall was scary but he was right there to catch her!RK's assurances that Madhu is going to be okay, who were those for exactly? Madhu or himself? It's funny how we don't realize what we have and how unwilling we are to lose it until the threat of losing it is right there in our face. I know that some may see RK's arriving and concern for Madhu being fueled by guilt but I refuse to believe that (delusional Preet here again), I will however concede that maybe 10% of the feelings he's having are fueled by guilt.I love how RK and Madhu have started communicated without even using words, the slight raise of eyebrows on Madhu's part when he "Biwi, tumse kisene kaha hai kya", or when Radha and co. come in and she doesn't want him to say anything but he silences her because this is something he must do.Madhu has learned to read her husband so well recently. Her being able to say his lines for him (finishing his sentences!!) and not questioning why he finally decided to come (not needing an explation because she knew all along he would come because that's just who he is), joking with him and setting him at ease in the whole situation.Standing up to Radha - I ADORED RK for saying what I had been thinking. While it's fair what Radha said about concern and anger being seperate, I'm sorry but you do not get to treat RK's wife terribly for days even going so far as to suggest he throw her out and switch over to caring mother in a matter of seconds. Where was her concern before when she could have used it? RK's mother has failed him time and again but now she's failed Madhu too and RK is not okay with that. Madhu was true to form, she still respects the woman because she is a mother/elder and she can see her point of view (even if the woman in question couldn't see Madhu's side when push came to shove) but I liked that after that whole incident she wasn't dwelling on it.Him taking care of her was extra special. Not being able to see her pain, going from joking one second to completely serious. Caressing her arm where the pain is as if to rub it away and take it on for himself not liking that she was in pain for any reason (I was reminded here of the exchange where he first takes off his sling and she asks about the pain and he replies with the filmy dialogues - shoes on the other foot tonight isn't it RK?).Him looking at her mendhi and reflecting about the day's events. Amazed that that was for him, not RK the superstar but RK the husband. I felt he was kind of in awe at his beautiful wife. In those quiet moments when she's sleeping and he's admiring her he can let down his guard and revel in his feelings for this woman without any walls up, he does catch himself though and puts those walls right back up.The lovely ending to the episode, him placing his wife's hand in his, there's a practical reason for this of course but I'm going to throw in some of my delusions with the practicality because where's the fun in being completely practical when it comes to these two? He's supporting her and her pain, hoping to give her some comfort (even in her sleep) by , by holding her he's maintaining a connection with her, it's giving him some peace to know that she's living and breathing and next to him, she's okay. If she so much as stirs he'll know (as we've seen in the SBB/SBS/E24 segments) and he'll be right there for anything she needs.Favourite line (I had many so it was hard to narrow it down): when he said he's going to have to change her name from Madhubala to Madhu Lisa..A note about music: I ADORE music, and I love how on this show they use music so well, it just takes the scene to a whole other level. The other shows I watch (mostly American) have amazing music in the background sometimes but it's never used quite like it's used in shows like this. Today's song was just brilliant, I admit I had to go find the translation of it and SD filled in the blanks of the translation for me, and wow. I loved the whole scene before but after finding out what it all actually meant it was even more beautiful.I loved that the complete male version of their song was played today. I love the lines in this version so much "kitne bar milke bichade tu he jane rabba" (am I translating this right when I take it to mean that they've got a love that goes beyond this life but rather they've been soulmates over many lifetimes), and my most favourite the "tu hai sirf meri" line.. love it!!Okay, there was so much more I wanted to say but I feel I've gone on way too long and what between losing the original post and my self-diagnosed slight ADD kicking in tonight it's taken me a long while to get this actually written lol I hope I didn't ramble too much and most of it made se

That statement was by SBC.. Perhaps I should punctuate such statements with the SBC logo...
Partner: Loved your post.. Now let me read SD's post before I get back to work..
SD, after what I wrote a few pages back re. your long posts, I cant take back my words.
However, after reading your post I will just say this: you have a way with long posts.. 👏
I will just add this to your posts...
RK wasnt merely caressing Madhu's face while she was resting, he was actually smoothening her brow. Did you notice how she was frowning before and afterwards her forehead was cleared whiel the background music was 'bekaraari hai ya karaar'..
